Progress thread All You Need is Jelq

Isn't that a Beatles song ? "All You Need is Jelq" .....

No wait , My mistake , its "All You need is Love" ....my bad ....


My question is If all you do is Jelq and don't use any device , can you still over time reach the length and girth you want ? I'm guessing the devices and other techniques will greatly speed up the process , but only Jelqing will still get the job done in the long wrong ?? Is this correct ?? Thanks ,

Jelqing is a girth exercise. If you want to mainly work on length, you need to do manual active stretches and preferably bundled stretches.
 
So much faster. It's amazing how fast you can gain, if you are consistent and are stretching hard.
Gonna try to go for two bundles today, as the one bundle just ain’t giving me enough intensity anymore. Wish me luck!😂

And to the thread starter bundled manual stretches is the way to go as already mentioned by others. And if you want you can jelq after doing your stretches. Lengthwork first girth work second.

This is completely true...the more bundles the faster the gains

Jelq alone cannot give you the length of girth you seek. Jelq is an amateur exercise.

I only do 1 full rotation, 360 degrees, so penis is back in the same position, but bundled. I tried last year with more than this but found it limited the actual stretching elongation and feeling if that makes sense..

360⁰ is plenty and honestly the max you probably want to try stretching with the LM
That device is no joke and any more rotations should be used with caution.

I only do two full rotation. 3 full rotation is too tight for me when I do it.

I don't agree. If I would not bundle more, as I progressed I would find myself in a plateau, and I would not be able to keep the intensity high, in my stretches.

But there are many ways to increase the intensity:

But to increase the amount of bundles is essential, for keeping your intensity high as you progress.

Because you will come to a point where it doesn't matter how hard you stretch, the only way to increase the intensity is to bundle more.
You want to feel the stretch deep inside your inner penis and your ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory).

Still only do one full bundle, tried going for two yesterday but could not do it. What I did instead was twisting it a bit more when doing my bundled stretches and changing the angles a bit more often to up the intensity, really felt it yesterday.
 
You don't need to increase with full rotations, increase a little bit continuously as you progress, if you need to.
I manage to do 1.5 rotations to the right but left side is still too tight so 1 rotation are being used there.

Okey. I don't know how many rotations I do, I do not count them. If you look in one of my latest videos you can see for yourself.

I call them EBD. I experience more soreness in the skin, and fluid retention (when holding the stretch for 5 minutes). But it gets better and better with time. I'm starting to adjust to them. I don't do them in every stretch now, but I use them as a tool when I need more intensity.

I don't stretch much now...I even got sick today so I need to take it easy. 🤒
Can't wait to get back to full intensity.

Will do, and will see if I can go 1,5 bundles again without my penis twisting itself around in the chamber.
Got a much more intense stretchy feeling when doing 1,5 bundles.

Doing only one 360 degree rotation is easy for me but at 540 degrees it gets difficult, but I can do it as I’ve done it before.
