Hello Brothers,

Today I am going to start documenting my PE gains with time stamps. I have known about PE for a number of years (2017) and always dipped my toe in and out but due to my lifestyle and subsequent addictions it was never something I managed to do consistently. If only I would have been from 2017 I wonder where I could be right now on my PE journey.

I have used the Bathmate on and off since around 2017 mostly for fetish pumping. I have been pumping consistently with the Bathmate tho for the last 2 weeks or so and doing shorter sets rather than longer periods in the pump.

I have been doing some light manual stretches and also messing about with the Lengthmaster just getting the feel for it. I am hoping to have an all day stretcher delivered in the next week or so. I should have enough equipment to make a real good go at seeing that 8" target become reality.

Todays stats on 30th January 2025:

6.1/4" BPEL
6" NBPEL

5" EG

My target is 8" NBPEL with a 6" EG. But I will set some mini goals on the road to hopefully achieving the long term goals.

My first small target will be to reach 6.1/2" NBPEL and 5.1/4 EG.

I will update these measurements every couple on months.

If you need help with routines, evaluation of the current routines, or break the codes to your gains and maximize the routine workouts, let's know. As you already have the info, start slow! Very slow! Don't use too much pumping pressure and don't go crazy with traction force for the length. Start slowly and increment slowly. Even when you see the gains, remain stead and slowly. Going too fast will make you hit the plateau even faster.

I understand Brother. I did used to pump to a high pressure when doing it for fetish purposes and I didn't really know that too much was detrimental. But since I've started being regular I have cut the pressure back a bit. I am not new to the pump so I am quite accustomed to it by now even tho up untill a couple weeks ago I only used it sporadically.

With the stretching that is something I am doing lightly at the minute as I've never really done alot of stretching. I am pulling about all different angles in a light manner and even when using the Lengthmaster I am only applying a light pressure.

I used to be a regular gym goer so I know that you need to build yourself up slowly so as to avoid injury.

Talking about the gym that is something I am also going to return to now my Party season ( alcohol and opiate addictions) is over with lol my whole lifestyle is changing back to what it used to be before I went downhill..

I have a VERY addictive personality. So when im doing something I like and I see results it becomes an obsession. I have no doubts in my mind whatsoever I will reach my targets with PE, I just wish I had stuck at it from 2017 untill now. I would be over my target size already.

Smart move. Over intense pumping can cause many issues. It is best. to stay in the 5-6hg levels. And the best way to do this work is using the 5x5x3 in SRT to make pumping so much better and yielding much faster results. I suggest you read through the SRT routine to get ideas on how you can use it to better your routine.

Be sure to bundle these stretches as this will give you better length gains without extreme, undue intensity. There is a great stretching routine in SRT. Since you have the LengthMaster you can do all these stretches.

Yes, you need to be mindful when increasing intensity. Slow and steady wins the race.

Praise Jesus! Alcohol and opiates can really destroy your life. I can say that since I quit alcohol my life got better and better. It takes determination and faith to eliminate these poisons from killing you.

No one has and easy way to go forward. It is awesome you and addictive, you can use that to drive you to get this done!

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
