Air pumping Bathmate

You can use it dry. I found it to be a little uncomfortable at the base where the comfort ring presses into my pubic bone when I increased the vacuum pressure, skin friction. A little lube/vitamin E cream etc run around the rim would remedy that.

Pro Tip: buy a wine topper pump from Amazon for less than $10. Cover the top fo the hydrop pump and you'll get more suction out of the product than you ever could with conventional water methods. Just don't over do it.
I'm using a Bathmate model from almost 6 years ago, so I hope the current models have the same size pressure release top that the wine topper will cover. I've seen great results but I'm not measuring myself - just spend 10-15 mins with the suction pumped med-high and your veins/arteries will thank you.

The Bathmate HydroXtreme models have the same amount of vacuum power as the VacuVin mod.
I have both models (both: HydroXtreme and Hydromax) so that's my source of reference. But I haven't measured the vacuum/pressure, but they felt the same. This imply that you do not use the comfort insert. With the comfort insert you will have reduction of maximum expansion and pressure.

Here is the hand-ball pump, there are 2 versions of this pump. The one you see here with the valve at the ball, and the one without the valve. I don't know which one is the newest version. I would prefer to implement the VacuVin mod, much easier to deal with. Having this hose attached to the valve constantly during your pumping is annoying, because if you remove it you risk loosing pressure. But with the VacuVin mod on the Hydromax version of the pumps, you can remove the pump when you are inside the cylinder.

Personally I prefer air-pumping now (got a cheap pump, I just need a better pump handle, or just a new pump system all together), I find that the Bathmate hurt my skin more (without the comfort insert), and previously when I was pumping regularly with the Bathmate (every day), my penis ended up looking like a elephant proboscis, which wasn't a good look. I also ended up like someone had chewed on my penis, and sometimes I was on the brink of bleeding.
Now when I have got a bigger penis with the help of LengthMaster 3.0, and got rid of this elephant proboscis look. I don't believe I will risk to get it again, and use the Bathmate any longer. Even if the fast gains with it was insane. Maybe before sex in some situations, but never for gaining size.
I would preferably now go with; MITYVAC - WET AND DRY PENIS VACUUM PUMP SYSTEM which also allows you to pump with water (it's in the name) with the water trap that is included. The water trap is a tiny container between the pump handle and the cylinder/tube.
There is less risk of deformation as well, when you are pumping with a cylinder that got an even surface throughout it's inside. I have heard many men that also say that you can get the "mushroom shape" (your penis deforms like a mushroom inside the pump) from pumping with Bathmate pumps. I have also experienced this. If this are temporary inside the Bathmate cylinder/pump, what is preventing this temporary deformation of becoming permanent? As we all know: Temporary gains, leads to permanent gains. That's a golden rule in penis enlargment.
The reason for this deformation as I said before, I believe has to do with the uneven surface inside the pump when you remove the comfort insert.

So in my personally opinion, I don't believe that you are supposed to remove the "comfort insert", because the pump is not even designed to help you create the environment to change your size, it's main purpose is only to stimulate blood flow and increase EQ. Don't get me wrong. Bathmate was the pump that got me into penis enlargement and finally got me to find MOS, so happy for that.
I was able to increase my girth substantially with the Bathmate pumps, length not so much. But for me I can't use Bathmate pumps any longer for increasing my girth, due to the problems I mentioned in this post. I just share information, please don't get offended by this post. I love Bathmate they have changed my life. Without them I do not believe I would ever have made my penis thick so fast (I was abusing the Bathmate on my penis. I was pumping up pressure to the brink of panic). I would not even have found MOS (mattersofsize.com).
In the past I was not aware of penis enlargement and the possibilities with it.

I will still use mine I'm sorry. The gains was so fast to let it go. I can only imagine what using this pump for 1 year will do.
