I've been using an allday stretcher for a while, and recently came accross penis extender, so i'm wondering now : which one of them is best for lenght gain ?
Is extender used while half erect full erect or flaccid ?

You should be always using ADS or vacuum devices completely flaccid. Traction stretchers or extenders are very powerful but are very hard to conceal thanking only be used for two hours at a time or less before taking off and recirculating. Thank you for your answer, i've been using ads on full erect and when i would pull it off, i would be on 30-40% erection but with a full erect size

How erect should I be when using extender ? flaccid as well ?

Yes you want to be 100% flaccid when doing extender work. If you have an issue being 100% flaccid then try to do it where you are percentagewise.

Ignore the both of them and get a length master brother. You will gain 3 inches in one year with the length master. No extender or ADS can do that.
