I put in an order, but forgot to add an item. I'm trying to beat you guys before you box it up! ? Since there seems to be a min order of $20, i cannot purchase it on its own. Is there any way to add an item if it hasnt been packed up yet?

Thank you for the fast delivery; but how do I tell customer service that they sent me the wrong sizes for my silistretcher2 kit. I've sent them emails with pictures of the orders and me measuring the vacuum cups but still no response.
