Recently, when I've done my ADCing, I get about 95% erection and clamp it off. I've gotten more adventurous and I'm starting to go out with it. Generally the only way to point it is down. I can comfortably wear it for an hour to and hour and a half until the erection naturally subsides. What's interesting though - is though I never do anything length work, I feel lig soreness everyday and it's taken me a while to put my finger on it. I think I'm inadvertantly working the ligs while wearing my ADC! Guys with tighter ligs like myself may want to give this a try.
