So I had many different methods back in the past from many different sites. My bathmate was of the weakest and was questioning the strength. I stopped using it for a hand pump and cylinders from VacuTech (a now discontinued high product brand like LA pumps) where as of yesterday the pumps plastic top finally broke. Here's where I had a revelation. Why was I listening to all these extra voices from all these external sites saying you should and shouldn't do this and that? Freaking DLD is always here helping as many of the men in our brotherhood. WTF am I thinking? Just research on this site, fuck the rest, and any brother on here giving advice will be the best advice given.......so, today I ordered the MityVac since DLD himself says you can get way more out of it as you could, and huge_girth in the past asked why in the fuck wasn't I using it since you know the pressure at all times, you can use it in water and with air, and it can pump wayyyy stronger than the BathMate can: a no fuckin' brainer!!! I got the healing products for faster/passive growth. Will wait for the RED to come back in stock. Got the grip powder for stretching, and anything that came with the MityVac including extra sleeves.

My starting stats (and tbh, I haven't gained any length or girth except for flaccid state, which I'm actually cool with since my flaccid state was massive turtling and showed just a nub most days of anywhere between 1-2inches):
BPEL: 6.5"
EG: 1.75 diameter (I'll measure erect girth in circumference when I get back to CO)

My Goal:
BPEL: 9" (for now)
EG: 3" diameter (for now)
FL: 7" (for now)
FG: 2.5 diameter (for now)

As I wait for my equipment, here is my Routine (Grabbed straight from the beginning SRT Routine back in 2011):
First 2 weeks LENGTH and GIRTH
5 Minutes Bundled Stretches
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Then:
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq

I'm starting with 2 rounds of jelqing and move up 1 more round every week until I hit 4 rounds
I will be stretching and doing PE everyday


I will no longer be using tight underwear, only boxer shorts and going commando allowed until I reached my desired goal.
The only time I will be using tight clothes is when I go to aerial class (silks) once a week where I'll be using a leotard
 
Thanks for always sticking around you all. I'll be posting the MityVac routine in a couple days or so. Eventually I'll look into getting a different penis stretcher and I also will be looking into how to expand my scrotums. I'm putting this post out there to remind myself and to keep inspiration moving slowly but steadily.

Observations:
- When I lie in bed at night, my flaccid state is pretty good after a pump session (it holds larger than usual)
- During the day after I piss, flaccid state retracts
- During a normal day of walking around, flaccid state retracts a slight amount (boxer shorts uncompressing the dick allows a normal state), I believe staying hydrated helps
- Wearing boxers or tight fitting underwear definitely makes my dick turtle a ridiculous amount and also scrunches the skin up so it looks wrinkly and old =D
- When I masturbate, shortly after, my dick shrinks (I found that in the past I was masturbating everyday several times a day which was probably the cause to my extreme turtling: between 1-2 inches in flaccid state length), so I'm honestly thinking about masturbating only a couple times a week to keep functionality
- When I'm doing my jelq routine, I find it really hard to stay hard as of right now, especially after manual stretching. I might choose to put some space in between each routine, I'm also trying to reverse Kegel while doing jelq's. And I'm not sure if I'm doing the SSJ's properly.

Today I make a goal to look up (on forum) ways to heal besides the cream and MOS-RED device since I don't have either at this time. I want to get the most on passive growth state to be able to keep going at the pace I'm going without injury or weird side effects. I'll prob also look into scrotum enlargement for fun (maybe find a routine I can start)

right on @squirt_inducer_man I just gotta figure out where you got it on the forum. It's always challenge finding things since there's so many posts and areas. The info gets muddled and harder to find unfortunately

I will keep the jelqs going separately for each program, meaning I'll be doing 4 more 1 minute SSJ's. I will change grip from palm to double okay sign when doing SSJ's, and will move my dick up and down like a wave whilst gripping for the 1/5 minute routines

When the MityVac comes I'll be doing this.

ok, I said I was going to wait a week, but I'm gonna start an extra set of jelqing + SSJ today. It's going great, haven't missed a day, still going strong. Hope I get my device before I leave this place. I leave for Crescent Lake, Oregon on the 9th. If I don't get it, I'll have to drive back up to get it. I think its a near 3 hr drive one way...hmmmm
 
So I finally was able to use the mityvac the other day. The system is pretty dope. I was doing 10 mins in mityvac at medium pressure for three times. I'm thinking it's ok to get up to 10 and even 15 in. Hg eventually and drop the time to 5 mins so I get that 5x5x3. The SSJ's are very strenuous on my hands, and I can't get even close to 5 mins SSJ so I work up to it. While working up I'll simultaneously bring the time in the pump down. The mityvac seems to be really good, I'll see what happens to my resilience to it over time and adjust as necessary. Also, the bands are working pretty good for the after pump and I'm enjoying the ointment I bought. Let's see how I grow with all this. I'm not sure how long the pad will last as well as the sleeve that came with the mityvac. I might have to buy more soon, as well as water based lube.

On another topic, it seems I've been able to get more ladies, so they have been a distracting factor in my growth. That and me moving around too much has caused me to lose sight of my goals. I am finally back home though, but I'm thinking if I want to focus on growth I'll have to go back to Oregon to help this guy out with wedding venues. When I was there I found myself relaxed and focused on growth.
 
Work your way up. SSJ take some practice. But never stop...master them because in the 5x5x3 the SSJ is most important
 
aight, gotcha. I was putting the comfort sleeve on, seems pretty. solid. I'll try it without. but still placing the long silisleeve on me while I'm pumping
 
just received mosred, finally saw it back in stock. first day using it with pumping and works like a charm, almost packing my 7"x 1.75" tube in height and girth, will need to buy either a size up in height, size up in girth, maybe both. not sure yet. also been stretching nightly with phallosan forte, which seemed to show in the tube when I was being more consistent with it. Also been keeping the c-ring on 30+ mins after workout. I take it off when it get unbearable. I'm not in a race, but in a marathon and have been enjoying the ride. Thanks for all the help y'all. I'll def reach my goals
 
Hey y'all, I tried looking into this, but couldn't find anything. For MOS Red, what is the difference between NIR and RED? More specifically, when do you use only RED? When do you use only NIR? When do you do both? What do each functions do?

The difference is the wavelength. Red has a shorter wavelength and is better for collagen synthesis upregulation whereas NIR has a longer wavelength that works on a mitochondrial level. Both should be used.
