Thanks for sharing this, it goes without saying not to listen to Nay Sayers who have no idea what they are talking about because either they are so-called experts or they have never tried PE themselves. No doubt mindset is important and I would think that affirmations and visualization like saying I have a 9 inch penis or whatever your goal just like helping you reach another life goal goes a long way to keeping you from quiting and staying motivated, of course seeing gains is also a very big motivator
