i'm 35 years old man, 6"10 height 172 lbs, making a lot of sports and in good health (sorry for my english)
i started PE 10 years ago with a newbie routine and add a little more exercices then
length at start : 4,72 inches (erect) width at start : 4,52 inches (erect)
i gained pretty quickly to 5,3 lg/ 4,72 wd and try to continue to progress but after 2 years, nothing happend
since this gain I re started PE and stop again during these years but today I wish to start again with more gains, I started again newbie routine 2 months ago, 2 days on 1 off, and I added recently some more stretch (another direction and with bend penis) and some more days 3 on 1 or 2 off
my penis has still the same size 5,3 / 4,72 for the moment, my goal is 5,9 / 5,11, do you think is affordable? what kind of exercices can I add?
