Almost just clamp for 20-45 minutes without interruption.
Day on: Day Off
1:1 or 1:2 or 1:10
AM 1.0 (angion method) for 5 minutes
1:1 or 1:2 or do without interruption
everything that I did or do is focus in doing just clamp....
I think that now is time to focus to gain some size in length
