7" girth goal

Need some counsel from someone who actually has 7" girth.
In my honest opinion, length matters so much less if you have just girth. and 7" girth is my goal to be happy forever.

I need someone who wants to help someone who is about to have sex with a girl for the first time. and wants some self-respect. (i have legit nothing to respect besides my dick).

Have only pumped for PE. and am almost managing to fill a 2.25" circumference pump.
willing to talk on discord if someone will give a 24-year-old guy their anecdotal experience/insight.

Do the 5x5x3 program. With this program, consistency in doing the routine 5 days a week will bring all of the needed gains.

You don't actually lose what you already gained along the way. There is a slight regression but not a large regression. Regression is caused by too heavy of a burden of stresses, flagging the body to go into preservation mode. This is why we warn the brothers not to over stress their penises and perform progressive stressing, not aggressive stressing to the point of extreme fatigues. The brothers need to condition themselves first before they go into the extreme fatigues. Without preconditioning, it results in temporary regression.

The funny thing is, the brothers reported they sudden gained massive growth in a single week. That's not true. The body already have the progressive gains. Once the body relaxes to show the gains, it's like a magical moment for them.

Cementing comes with continuous use. Progressively is important to see the best growth. What's the hold off of sex? She is just not ready? Is she a virgin?
 
My wife already warned me not to exceed 6.3. I already bottomed her out when she rides. She likes the gentle past-the-limit with a slow strong push, but that's practically it. Why always brought the question, "Why 9in length?!" I always remind her that we can't have fun in the spoon position without the extra length. She's very hesistant but still wants that joy. SMH.
 
I am also 24 years old with currently 6.8”girth… I only started PE since May this year but got serious this August… so I am relatively new…the thing that helps is 5X5X3 SSJ routine but with a big pump not 2.25” cylinder… currently I am using the Bathmate hydroxtreme 9.
And after the pump session I put a cock ring of 6.5” around the base for 60 minutes but if I can, for 90 minutes

Just started PE but my aim is 10”length and 7.5” girth.
And with some help and advice I will try the 11”inch mark for length

Currently sitting at 8.8”length x 6.8”girth

I mean I have been afflicted with severe peyronies which has significantly reduced the length and girth.
I used to be 7.5 long and just a touch under 7 girth, now I'm about 3 long and 3.5 girth.
I'm pretty destroyed.

Hi, yes.
I think it started as a fracture and progressed to deteriorate. Lots of plaques developed which damaged the erectile tissue.
Just wondering on the first steps to trying at least to improve things. (I'm under no illusion that it'll get back to the size it was). But sex is so difficult when my size has reduced so much.
 
After any fracture or injury, allow the injury to heal fully before moving forward with moderate PE. The fracturing is a massive trauma that the body will try hard to preserve itself. It will be a tough road ahead. Mind providing more info on the injury?

It was rough sex injury approx 5 years ago, it has since healed with the development of peyronies during the healing process. Over this time is when the plaques have formed and the erectile tissue declined. I now have no pain and ready to take the long slow process of PE

Sorry to hear that brother. Yes, it nearly happened to me when I met my wife as well. She was quite a nymph back then, and all I can say is my penile fate was nearly like yours. Luckily, she produced too much lubricant that the near fracturing angle forced a wrong entry into her anal instead. But the curve was made from that incidental mishalf. I did correct it using a combo of the old Alpha Blade project, early DLD routines, and a penile extender (JES extender).

Over this time is when the plaques have formed and the erectile tissue declined. I now have no pain and ready to take the long slow process of PE
Slow process is a correct move. You have two options actually. Manual stretches then the all day extender/traction device, which leads to the Length Master to further increase intensity and then the all day extender/traction device. OR, using the lengthening routines in combo with the pumping routine, end up with an extender.

Let me know how you want to tackle this. We will offer as much info as needed. But do know that it is a very gentle approach for you. It will take a few years to get things back towards the right path.

Try the SRT first. Scroll down to around 3/4 of the information post and you will see a newbie bundled routine. Read through it to understand the techniques first. From there, allow your penile shaft to readjust to the incremental tensions from the routines before we go forward.

By the way, make sure to monitor the pulling traction force. At this point in time, pull the foreskin back completely to expose the coronal ridge (the corona) of your glans. Grab below the glans's base, with both hands using OK grips, and pull downwards. Pull until you feel a light dull achy feeling. The achy feeling should not have any pain. It should be one level before any pain at all. Remember that point when you pull on your penis at any angle. This is your tollerance zone. Pay attention very carefully as you pull. There should not be any pain when you perform any exercise. The moment you feel a small degree of pain, release and relax the pulling traction force below that pain to achieve only the dulll achy feeling.

Got my first Porsche, actually have two, now, a few years ago and now I want an Aston Martin... That's all I want to be content... Or a Ferrari, or maybe a Rolls... Desire is endless and unfulfilling.

Happiness is a state of mind. Always have bigger goals lined up after you reach one, so you still have more to look forward to in life to help give you meaning and purpose.

When I hit some of my early PE goals, I went on a blue streak of banging an awful lot of pretty hot, and some very hot, women. In a short period of time.
I had fun, and some of them had to lot to offer and were very sweet, but it was exhausting and I felt no better about myself as a human being.

I'm on the path to 7.

I started at around 4.75 around 2006 and am 6 in girth, now. Mind you, I've not been very consistent. During that time I've probably only had 5-7 solid years of PE work, day-in-day-out, with sporadic bursts of a few months at a time in of consistency in between.

I have 0 doubt that with the 5x5x3 SRT routine I'll get there in a few more years. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Feel really fortunate that my wife is so supportive. Sex and our level of connection is a priority for both of us. I've demonstrated everything I do and she's fascinated. She has a PhD and is smarter than I'll ever be, so maybe that helps a bit.

It didn't start out that way, me showing her everything when we met. But we both know that my EQ is really important for great sex, and I turned 40 a few months ago.

We want to keep things that way and PE is vital, here.

Sell the 2 and grab a 911 turbo. Nothing gets me more than a 911
Would have bought one before my Panamera but I'm too big to fit in them comfortably.

Also, these are cars that should be manual only, in my opinion. They hold their value best, too.

I've driven a friends 911 GT3 and a 911 Targa at a dealership. Fun cars.

I have a 1995 land-rover Defender 90, 1 of 500 with a manual transmission. I love manual
