2023 Prog Log

Hey everyone, I've been doing PE since ~2014-2015 and used to have a progress log here but I deleted it so I'm starting a new one.

My current routine is going to include:

1. 10-15 minutes Slow Squash Jelq followed by 10-15 minutes Air Pumping to warm up.

2. 20 minutes of Bundles and 20 minutes of Ligament Stretches.

3. Newbie Stretches (all angles) 3 sets of 30 sec in each direction.

4. More Pumping.. at least 1 hour total and maybe up to 2 hours if i feel like it.

5. ADS with my silistretcher. I'm planning on getting a Sizegenetics extender for using while I'm at home because I feel like the tension is better but I think the Silistretcher is better for going outside with because its more flexible. I used to have one but I threw it away, I can't even remember why LOL.

6. Hanging with my Silistretcher. 3 sets at 6lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs for 10 minutes, 15 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. I'm planning on getting the Lengthmaster for Hanging because I eventually want to move up to heavier weights.

7. Testicle Health Massage and Stretches. I have the turkey neck really bad and I'm trying to reverse it. I'm looking into the leather stretcher, ball weights and ball rings. Not sure what is best or if they'll help at all. I may just get the surgery, should the opportunity present itself,as I've read it's inexpensive and easy.

I have two Cylinders for pumping right now, one is an Adam & Eve Electric Pump 2.5" diameter which I actually really like, and the other is a 2.25" LA Pump Thickwall Cylinder which has really good suction, definitely better than the Adam&Eve one. They're both kind of too big for me though as my Base Girth is only 6.0" and Mid-Shaft is 5.0" so I'm going to get a 1.75" Cylinder for length and see how that is. If that one is still too big then I'll get a 1.5" Cylinder to really focus on length. Then I'll pretty much have all the cylinders I'll ever need.

Right now my Silistretcher is broken, one durosleeve ripped in half while i was hanging, and the other is torn in a few places so I can't hang or get a good stretch with the silistretcher, which I'm kinda sad about. I just have one sleeve that I'm using for anti-turtling because I guess it's better than nothing and its cold as fuck where I live. I'm trying to stretch out the Silisleeves I got because they are too tight. If I can get those loosened up a lil bit then I'll get back to hanging.

I'm going to be supplementing with Nitric Oxide boosting supplements like Beetroot, Cacao Powder, and maybe L-arginine, and exercising to get better circulation.

I've read on here it's possible to gain 2.0" in a year so that's what I'm going for.

I think that's about it. I'll update this progress log once a month.

Starting Measurements (~2014)
Erect Length: 5.5"
Girth: IDK probably like 5.0" Base Girth

Current Measurements:
Girth: 6.0" Base Girth 5.0" Mid-Shaft
Length: 100% BPEL 6.9-7.0"

I did achieve an EL of 7.5" around 2018 which I'm hoping to get back and surpass.

Goal Measurements:
BPEL: 8.5" - 9.0"
Girth: 7.0-7.5"

So I've decided to change my routine due to my short attention span.

#1. 5 minutes Bundles.

#2. 5 minutes Lig Stretches.

#3. 1 Set Newbie Stretches.

at least one round of #1-3 exercises, and up to 4.

#4. 5-20min. of Slow Squash Jelqs.

#5. 15 min. - 2 hrs. Pumping.

#6. All Day Extender.

I kind of quit caring about my TN scrotum, I don't think its that big of a deal.

I don't have an income source now but I got an amazon gift card as a present that I bought a cheap extender and some velcro to mod it with. It already broke at the base but I caught it just in time and taped that B**** up and am continuing to use it. My ligs have been getting slightly sore lately so I think this is a good sign. Never had any problems with the SG extender.

I think that's it for now. Haven't had any noticeable gains and I've been drinking a lot of coffee which I feel like might be hurting my girth a little bit. Probably going to measure again in May. Definitely going to try the L-Citrulline when I can afford it. I noticed there are high doses like 8g in some of the Pump Products that body builders use.

To supplement for circulatory health with a citrulline malate supplement, take 1.76 g of citrulline malate for every 1 gram of citrulline you would normally take.

To supplement L-citrulline to enhance sports performance, take 6,000 – 8,000 mg of citrulline malate about an hour before exercise. On days that you don't exercise, it can be broken up into smaller doses.

I haven't had any noticeable gains yet. I'm going to measure tomorrow. Haven't been as consistent as I planned but I'm going to keep going. My new routine will be:

10 minutes bundles, 10 minutes Lig stretches, newbie stretches, 20 min. SSJ, 30 min. pumping, and then all day extender. All of this 2x a day, once in the morning and again at night.

My ligaments have been burning pretty good the past few days. I've been starting to incorporate expressive bundles ... grabbing behind the sack, twisting and pulling straight out. I've also been increasing the tension with my extender for longer periods of time.
 
Excellent almost an inch over average
I'm not going to be satisfied until I'm at least 8"x 6.5". I've been broke for months now... Tbh it's kinda bumming me out because i feel like i could be making much better gains if I had some supplements (Nitric Oxide precursors like citrulline and cacao powder) and more tools (length master, skinnier pump, wide base extender, & I have a replacement silistretcher that I haven't been able to afford the shipping for ). 😑 My EQ has been really bad lately too. Do you guys know if the SG extender has a wide base option? I used to put my whole package through the extender but this cheap amazon extender I have has such a small base that it takes me like 5 minutes to force my balls and penis through. Its kinda a pain to do that but I can get a longer stretch that way... about ~8" compared to ~7.25 with balls behind the base.

Chalk, theraband, compression bandage.
In that order
I would add PENIS WRAPPING TAPE on top of that, if you have a lot of foreskin like me. Keep the wrap tight and make sure your foreskin are pulled back.

When you later are a master of the LengthMaster 3 you can do expressive stretches (attachment at the base) and you will not need to pull back the foreskin as much.

I received the Lengthmaster last night! There was Theraband, Ace Wrap and the Penis Wrapping Tape included but no sleeves. I experimented a bit with the different wrapping materials and got a 30-40 minute session of bundles in. I'm going to try hanging with the LM tonight. I feel like maybe if I use the Silicap and then wrap with the theraband, ace wrap and then the tape it will help minimize pressure on my glans while stretching and hanging. I really like it so far!!
 
I attempted hanging last night but the wrap keeps pushing into my glans, causing a pinching feeling. I put the silicap on, then the theraband, self adhering tape and then the ace wrap and when I went to hang the silicap slid right off. Should I try a thinner wrap??

I'm going to do this routine at night. In the morning I will do 20 minutes of LM bundles. I will be using my knockoff SG extender or my silistretcher all day until I go to bed.

I've been getting more used to wrapping for the length master and have been getting comfortable results with sports pre wrap, then black self adhering tape, then the ace bandage.

I'm going to do this routine at night. In the morning I will do 20 minutes of LM bundles. I will be using my knockoff SG extender or my silistretcher all day until I go to bed.

I've been getting more used to wrapping for the length master and have been getting comfortable results with sports pre wrap, then black self adhering tape, then the ace bandage.
There's a learning curve when you use the length master.But it sounds like you have mastered it
 
Been doing 1hr straight LM bundle sessions the past few days. My Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length is currently at 8" after these sessions. FSL From Side is even at ~8.25" I've been thinking if I can keep this up maybe I can hit 8.5" FSL by the end of May. I haven't been getting any kind of soreness lately despite these long sessions. I'm going to add in the newbie stretches in all directions to my routine and see if this will make any difference.
 
I think incorporating the Newbie Stretches is making a difference already. I noticed that it's easier to perform the Hooked Ligament Stretches and the Ligaments feel more elastic after completing the Newbie Stretches. I got in a solid 3 hours of Girth Work last night as well - alternating pumping and SSJ's with two 30min Duroring sets. One more thing I'm going to do is use the Ball Ringer Kit from Pumptoys. I found this thread about getting rid of Turkey Neck Scrotum on this Thread: How to get rid of Turkey Neck FAQ
The attachment point on my scrotum is very high, just under my circumcision scar. I'm going to wear the BRK after all my length and girth work is completed. I'm hoping this will help because if I can get my balls to hang lower and reduce my turkey neck, my shaft will definitely appear much larger.

I've switched to the UJW Ace Wrap for my ADS when I'm outside as I get unbearable pinching when I use my knockoff SG Extender, and when I wear the Silistretcher outside the Sleeves will rip in as little as 2-3 uses (I believe due to warmth). When I'm at home I use my Kockoff SG extender at Max tension for as long as I can and then reduce tension so as to not get a cold, numb glans.

As far as supplements I've been taking lately, I'm on 15g of Citrulline DL-Malate daily, divided into three 5g doses, Beetroot Powder and Raw Cacao Powder, all for healthy blood flow/vasodilation. I'm also taking a Libido Supplement that contains Horny Goat Weed, Tribulus, Oat Seed Extract, Sarsaparilla, Ho Shou Wu, Maca, Tongkat Ali and Saw Palmetto.

I really want to get to 10" BPEL and be 5-6" flaccid length, with 7" MSEG. I think that would be pretty nice. I would love & appreciate any thoughts, comments & feedback about what I'm doing!!

Big dreams! That would be a monster size! If you are getting sleeves from us you can let them know and they will resend new ones. The question is why are they ripping? Do you have long nails? That is usually the issue when they rip.

Yeah, I wanna be hung like Brickzilla. I definitely feel like I have a monster in me waiting to get ripped out !! & No, my nails are really short actually. I think it's because of the heat and probably the friction of rubbing against my pants as I move. I used to wear my SG all day with no pinching at all - I kept a thin & soft piece of cloth at the base and I could wear it for 8+ hours without removing it, but now I have more girth so I don't have room for the cloth piece at the base. I may get the JES XXL Base Extender at some point. It's 54mm x 63mm. Very expensive for me though ~$350. The Ace Wrap is super comfortable and easy to move around in, but it's not really giving me the tension or stretched length that would be possible with the extender. The Ace wrap keeps me at about 5" length. When I'm at home I'll extend with my knockoff SG extender to about 7.75". Btw my max length in my 2.5" Pump is also about 7.75"-7.875" even though my flaccid stretch length is 8"-8.25". I haven't measure BPEL in several months. I measured my Base Girth about a week ago with the Duroring on at 7". I definitely have an easier time with girth than length, but I really want length the most.

I'm going to try to get as many plateau busting sessions in this month as I can and continue to measure my progress.
