If you want to measure you girth, get a tailor tape and measure the penis at the mid shaft.

Is girth what you seek the most? You don't want length gains?

Not gonna lie i dont know any of this and just try to ease my way into it so i jelq while half hard with lube, but lenght would not hurt if you got any tips i woild gladly take them
