This is more of a place holder for now, but I wanted to at least create the thread before I forget, again.

I've actually joined MoS in 2006 and have been at this since that time. On and off.
At times, dedicated, and then taking months and even a year off here or there in between.

Back then, when I started, I was around 7.75'ish BPL and 4.5'ish BPEG -- I know I was in that range, but didn't keep a log beyond what was in my signature -- basically I had a pencil dick long and skinny. Back then, in my early 20's, it really bothered me.
Fortunately I found this place. How I did, I don't exactly remember. But I remember a lot of names and DLD of course, who was always super nice to everyone.

Anyway, I did the DLD newbie routine with my heating pad, moved on to more advanced stretching and got a bathmate. Eventually started doing SSJ's, and kind of did my own thing.
When I would feel self conscious about my size, probably due to watching too much adult entertainment, I'd dive back into my routine.

So, at present, I'm BPL '8.5 and BPEG '6, respectively. For a guy who's 6'3 and about 265lbs, it suits me pretty well, I guess. And my woman is really happy with my size... though my length is hard on her cervix, so I have to be aware.

At certain checkpoints I measure, but that's usually every few months. According my my spread sheet, my next update is May 1st, 2025.

Did you lose any size since then? I know when I have taken extended breaks I have lost some size but it always came right back when I started again. I'm hoping you have not lost any size.

Thank you and I certainly remember you. It makes me very happy when a Brother returns especially someone like you that I know you have trained so hard. I often thought about you and other Brothers everyday wondering where you have gone. So I am so glad you are back.

First cut out the adult entertainment, it is a disease that will cripple you in the end. Next, I think you should use the SRT routine to quickly make size changes. The 5x5x3 is within the SRT routine that will greatly improve your girth. The stretching portions again will bring length faster than any other method. Read through it and let me knw if you have any questions.

Wow, I guess you have gained with minimal work. If you do SRT consistently you will reach your goal in the fastest way. What is your goal as of right now?

At certain checkpoints I measure, but that's usually every few months. According my my spread sheet, my next update is May 1st, 2025.
Measure every 3 months consistently as if you have not gained in 3 months it is time to adjust the routine but most people who use SRT rarely have to change their routine, they simply add intensity

Actually, I didn't. Which was surprising to me as well when I measured for the first time after my hiatus. It might be because I'd do workouts if I knew I was gonna get laid for some extra size... or just just the bathmate once in a while?

I can say that over the 18-or-so years, I probably got a solid 6-8 years worth of workouts, 5-6 days a week out of that chunk of my life.

💯 it really is a disease. I leaned on it to get through girth workouts for years, and it was a huge mistake. It's a shame I wasted so much time in my life watching it.

I don't have many regrets in my life, but that is definitely one of them.

I don't doubt SRT is the way, it's just trying to be smart with my time with everything going on in life is the challenge, now. A problem I didn't have in my 20's.

The Brotherhood is a place of grace and peace. I have always praised Jesus that we have such a great place to make friends, share our knowledge with one goal, helping us all get bigger and perfect the human body.

I am so proud of you. I work and pray on this everyday through my many threads of the danger that happens with this behavior. most of us, when we do fall into adult entertainment is after most feel immediate guilt. This is a sign that Holy Spirit is with us showing right an wrong. We can even do better when we succeed in stopping before we start..
For me, when tempted, I immediately ask Holy Spirit to remove those thoughts and He is always there to guide me. I pray that all brothers come to Jesus and repent.

Regrets are useless, they completely hold us back and for what, something from our past should never hold us back from a great future starting in the now. Move forward and never look back.

You can always cut SRT in half to be more closely aligned with your situation. You can start with newbie routine for a few weeks and then jump into SRT.
