Hey quick update. But I'm thinking of changing my length workout for my dick.
I used to hang 1 hour a day hanging weights at 35 lbs and slowly built my way up to it by adding 0.5 kg each week. But realized I think the turnica has grown stronger and there's a thing called steel cord treatment...
