Should I wash the sleeve and glans cap with some light soap and water after every use, then apply some of the MOS powder on it? Also what exactly is the black piece below the carabiner for? I'm guessing some sort of hanging but what does it attach to etc?

Hey DLD or whoever can help me with this! I bought a long time ago the Silistretcher but I bought the wrong size head piece and never have used it because of the size. How much is just the head piece? Thanks!

Are there instructions somewhere to re-lube the o-ring for better sealing? Thanks!
