Feeling stuck!

Having trouble with gains, been using lengthmaster and I felt I was getting somewhere but not. Keeping it wrapped as much as possible while resting and after peing. When I first started hanging I got gains quick. Frustration has grown. Is there a point where you can’t gain anymore?? And how much...
