Some weeks ago I planned in a week with more in intense PE work. Instead of EOD 5x5x3 I added 2 x 10 minute sessions (1 morning / 1 evening) of only pumping at 2.5 at my normal off days. Felt and worked great but I have had persistent petechiae since that week. It is 3 weeks ago now. Not worried...
