Just want to gain a few mm in girth to make it even any recommendations ?

I'm new to Pe currently using a penis pump but I don't know what I'm doing wrong cause I don't get temporary gains so I'm not sure if that's something bad or good any recommendations I just want to gain a little girth to make it even along the shaft.

Does bathmate give more blood to the penis than dry pumping?
