    Regaining lost length

    Over the past year or 2 I lost like 2inches, I just turned 45 so idk if it from aging or what but want to regain what I lost , is it easier gaining lost length? I would think it would be like muscle memory, anyone have any experience with this? I’m looking to buy a pump but I want a good one...
