    Tension in PC muscles

    So i have this strong tension in my pc muscles, only when erected, its not painful but almost, very uncomfortable i should say. I rarely do kegels. any solution brothers ? may God bless you all

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
