mos customer service

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and tracking shows that it hasn't even been dropped off to the post office! I've emailed multiple times with no response. I hope everything is ok...Does anyone know what's going on or can share a similar experience?

So i ordered the length master and jim wrap yesterday and im trying to find my tracking number but i got 0 texts or emails about my order. And i put both my phone number and email in when i ordered it. Im just trying to be able to track my package, if anyone could help itd be greatly appreciated.
