Hi guys, I'm a newbie and been doing lots of research on manuals, I've read a lot about 'Shockloading' before manual stretches but am struggling to understand what they actually consist of.

I see different opinions about this. When we do manual stretches such as pulling straight forward or down/side etc and also BTC are we only pulling with the OK grip with one hand or are we holding our base of the penis also with the other hand?
