    how to figure out how many days of rest do i need?

    so i found a different way to pump i would warm up my doing full erection with ring.to get medium pressure then when i pump on the second pump i do high pressure for about 2-5 seconds for maximum expansion and then slowly drop back down to regular pressure and do few sets of that. i get way...
