Tips for the bathroom, when length increases.

XL Vacuum cups

I'm currently using a 42mm size cup. Its getting a bit tight. I've only found that Totalman sells anything larger at 44mm. Are there any cups larger than 44mm?

What is the soft sleeve/cylinder that is being used here?
