i have a question for all the experienced hangers on board. what is the minimum amount of time you've hung per day and still saw gains? currently i'm a month in to my hanging and i'm hanging 18 lbs fairly comfortably for 80 minutes/day. i try to split up my 4 total, 20 minute sets into two...
