    beginner question

    i want to ask , do i have to use the pump while my penis is half erect or flaccid ?i pumped before i saw this post for like 1 month but no gain , i used while it is flaccid(no erect) but it do stretched to 5.7inch length while my usual length is 5.3inch, i do it 3 time with 10 minute each time...
