    Penis Damage?

    Hi all! This is a question mostly for veterans and long-time PEers. Are you afraid of creating permanent damage from long-term PE? Is there anyone you know (including you) that has or has not had issues (erectile dysfunction, lingering pain, etc.) after long-term training? I'm a little nervous...

    Ligament damage?

    I think I damaged my suspensory ligament, have pain and swelling up near my pubic bone all of sudden, never had that before. Really, really sets me back. Anyone know about this? I've been looking, but haven't seen anything about this specifically, Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
