Pumping

Ok I’ve been pumping with my bathmate wide boy hydromax7. For last month and half. I am circumcised, what do i do keep my pump and girth , also i do take adderall here and there and it pulls all blood out of my balls and penis. After several hours and it wears off usually go back to normal.
