Blood in urethra tip after LM

Hi I thought of giving it a dedicated post. Since it's bothering me. Its the 3rd time today i saw blood in the tip of the urethra after doing LM. Its not painful but its not a pleasent sight. I wonder how common is it? What exactly causing it? Is there a way to avoid it? Can it do real damage...
