Just started ball stretching with a 3 inch hang and a 10x38mm metal ring, goal is to eventually be at a 7-8 inch hang to have truly low hangers.
Wearing a several hours during the day and while im sleeping, ideally should gain 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch a year.
