Quick question for DLD! Hey D, i can't for the life of me remember what you had said on the old MOS dvd/ phase and your first six months when you gained 2 inches... If i'm remembering correctly, i believe you told us if we were to do the am/pm split, to do length in the AM or during the day...
Was thinking about the potential progress/gains one could make using a 2 day split. One day focusing solely on Girth related exercises and hitting them hard, and the Next day, focusing solely on Length based exercises... feels like there may be some benefit to this. What do you guys think?
