Thanks man! What’s your routine looking like tell me everything that your doing? Even diet and water plays a huge roll I can tell you everything I’ve done to get to where I’m at but knowing what your doing will help me give you better recommendations.

Hey. wow thanks so much for that. I'll try outline as much details as I can. I may have to put it into few separate comments as it only lets me use certain amount of characters per post. So for girth I would usually do 20-25mins of normal jelqing, where u just start from base and push up to right before the head and then repeat. usually try do this 4-5 times a week evening time.

I then would use the bathmate in the shower about 2 hours later (I don't get the best suction but I normally do 2 x sets of 7mins) of that again around 4-5 times week.
been doing that for just over a year, with the odd break of a few weeks. ive tried the SSJs (im uncut so I find them bit more difficult and also not sure I'm even doing them correctly) but I've stuck with the normal jelqing.

I've bought the silistretcher about a year ago but never used it as I found it very confusing looking at all the different parts. and I felt like I was missing a part which I need to get confirmed. but I really want to get using that for length asap.

my diet is not too bad, I gym about 5-6 times a week and I try keep my protein up and fat to a healthy amount. so im in quite good shape. my water intake is quite bad though. would only really drink water at the gym and that's it.

Ok cool first things that stood out is bad suction with the bath mate you can use it without the bottom piece this will help to get more suction! Water all day everyday! And you need to wear a sleeve all the time!

When I started out I was doing the newbie routine I highly recommend doing this twice a day. Or you can do it in the morning and girth at night like most do. If your going for girth follow redzulu he’s the master at girth on here. I have gained about an inch of girth over the year and Just still train out of habit.

Biggest things that held my gains back the start was not wearing my sleeve all day, using a heating pad whenever possible to stay loose, and kegels...Lately my kegal game has been on point this will give you the starting point for gains. DLD started off with strengthening his pelvic floor and had huge gains.

okay I’ll break it down with girth first. Yes you need todo SSJs the 5x5x5 with those and the bath mate will make a difference. I only use the bath mate here and there now when in the shower I recommend a dry pump so you won’t have excuses not to pump!

When I pump I wear a cock ring and also a little tie off right below the glands for head size...the biggest thing on not gaining girth is not being hard af get a full erection and then pump! You can start off flaccid for a warm up and then get hard.

Length if your serious buy the length master and the size doctor. Wear your sleeve all day everyday after length. Stretch as much as possible whenever you can wherever you can.

No more coffee or processed sugar I highly recommend vitamin c powder as well as collagen powder L arginanine is a must have as well.lots of leg workouts and I highly recommend semen retention as much as possible to speed up gains!

One last thing is that I do this everyday make sure to get some kind of a routine even when you don’t have much time consistency is key.
