Ok im 18 years im obese i used to weigh 345 lost 50 pounds now im 294. Penis is 2 to 3 inch flacid 5inch erect very large fatpad . I wanted to ask you about your weight loss routine. when you said 25 pound barbell did you mean the bar with 25 pounds on each side or dumb bells because you did reps on each arm?Also if i follow your routine will this burn fat to take off atleast some my fat pad btw my penis hangs a little longer i notice since my 50 pounds lost.

but not that much and when i measure my penis on erect pushing fatpad back i have a 8 to 9 inch penis hiding in fat. Just trying to burn off the fat with weight and strength training instead of the cardio i was just doing. Thanks alot

Hey man, I'm new to the site but not to PE. I've been slacking lately due to some real life BS, but I'm ready to get back to it. I'm thinking about buying the DVD and the other equipment (already have a Bathmate that I'm not too thrilled with) and trying the 3-month SRT program you posted. While away from PE for the last few months, I've been drinking a lot and putting on weight. I've also had a couple really bad experiences with women that have affected me psychologically, leading to noticeably decreased EQ. I should mention, though, that I've been stretching sort of subconsciously (force of habit, I guess) and sleeping in a fowfer-type stretch the whole time I've been away from my routine. I noticed the other day that my BPFSL is almost ¾" longer than my BPEL and longer than I ever saw it before. My PE buddies are telling me to do smooth muscle exercises and girth work before starting a new program. What do you think?

I need some advice from you.
I bought an sizegenetics extender pro package with a penishealth PE excersices.
I started my first newbie routine on 24.1.13 and I'm about to increase some tensity on extender, does it matter if i just hop from 600 grams to 900 in one day?
Also I've added PE into my routine, currently it looks like this:


The Wake up Cloth 15 Min
Wet Jelqing (3 second strokes) 15min.
V-Jelqing (3 second strokes) 5min.
Ulis 3 x 45 sec. (Erct ps hold)
SizeGenitics Stretching 8Hrs
Wet Jelqs 15min
Stretches 5 x 4 every direction 30 sec stretches
Cranks 3 x 2min. (360dg stretch)
100 quick pc squeezes while stretching.
One 20 second hard pc squeeze while stretching.
DLD blasters (5sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel= One rep. x 50))
Edging as long as possible

Any thoughts on my routine? Can you suggest anything? What should i remove, or what should i leave, is my routine good or bad?

According to some research, you're the man to see in regards to The Bathmate.

I know you don't know me. I am Bryan, and I'm trying to get in contact with Bathmate.ca customer service. I've emailed them a few times and I've gotten back only automated responses in regards to the status of my order. They say, "A ticket has been created...".

I ordered my bathmate last week, and I received a receipt letting me know that paypal did transmit the funds. I also got an email from bathmate saying the order had been received. However, it's now 3 business days in and, according to them, orders are processed within 2 business days. I've received nothing from them, and I've heard nothing in response to the emails I've sent.

Is there anyway you can help me get in contact with someone to track down this order, or get an update as to where it is in the order process (is it processing? Shipping?)? If so, I'd greatly appreciate it.

DLD I need some serious help!! I accidentally burned my glans with an electric heater! I but my glans in the bathmate with warm water immediately after it happened. It has left me with a burn scar; i could send u a pic of the heater and the burn. What should I do ,as it is my understanding that there is no skin on the glans.
