I started PE but on a different site so alot of the exercises you might not know the name of and I'm not sure of their equivalent here at MOS.
But I started in Feb 05 and it took me 2 yrs to get 2 inches. I've had a total of 8 months off from the length but otherwise I've been continuously doing PE. I'm currently on another deconditioning break, been 1 month, and I'll probably get back to it in 3 months.
Basically I started out like everyone else doing the beginners routines and then working my way up to the advanced.
Jelqs, Long Schlong Helicopters, DLD Bundled tunica stretch, Btc's and its variations, and lastly I was doing the __________ stretch and the Ultimate Lig stretch before I stopped for my decon break.
