My gains are hard to measure if a any.I started this log in October 2023.I mix my routine up so I want get bored doing the same routine.

That is exciting no doubt.. I have in mind the size I want to be.. Definitely 12" would take a lot of years .. Probably with all the knowledge D,huge and you have gathered and practiced would be easier.. yep 9x7" is a great and challenging objective to get . Thanks I still remember when someone mentioned something about the MOS shirts lol
