Help me understand the Lengthmaster

Hi,

So I decided to get the Lengthmaster to maximise length gains. As it is shipping to Europe I will spend the next 3-4weeks doing manual stretching exercises and then fully switch to LM work.

I’ve watched some of the videos which are very helpful but some questions remain:
- do you wrap your penis before clamping it into the device? I bought a sili sleeve for post workout and a Thera band and another penis wrap. I suppose that would be suffice?
- in the video the whole penis shaft is clamped into the LM, which means only the base can be twisted for bundles as the shaft is fixed between the plates and therefore cannot be twisted anymore. I can probably do a 360 twist if I can only twist the base but no way will I be able to do 540 or even 720 if I cannot distribute the twist throughout the whole penis shaft. Can someone give some clarity here?
- I can imagine one can create pretty strong force with this thing so my question is how strong to pull to get the most of the device but also obviously not to injure myself. Big length gains claims are being made by using the LM and I assume the pull should be therefore much stronger than with normal manual work as otherwise one could just continue to do manual stretching. Why are gains so significantly higher with the LM vs manual stretches?
- it seems like bundle stretches are mainly the focus with the LM. Should I only do those from all angles and btc or should I also continue to do normal (unbundled) stretches with the LM?

You need to wrap your penis with the yellow theraband first and then you wrap the yellow theraband with the white bandage that comes with the length master.

Thanks for your response. I’ve seen all these videos and they are very helpful. I’m still wondering about the pulling strength, the bundling vs normal stretching and the twist degree
 
As a newbie, do only one twist. Pull hard but be on the look out for any sharp pain. There shouldn't be any sharp pain. If you have done manual stretching with your bare hands, you should understand how to stretch without hurting yourself.

Yes, it does. This has been proven since the Alpha Blade project in 2002 to 2004. Length Master is an evolution of that initial project testing by thousands of brothers. I was one of them way in the past.

As long as your flacid, you don't have to worry about anything. 360°. Is the best place to start.

I’m trying to get lost length back I heard pumps give girth but not length, then u heard opposite…. I need some insight from people either experience with this, I’m very new to this

Where to start, what device to use? Some sort of pump or the lengthmaster? …. I started today actually, put a heating bad over my dick for few minutes then stretches

If you don't want use any device, start with newbie routines, with heat application roughly around 102F to 105F. If you can handle 105F heat source throughout your PE routines, even better.

If you have the budget, think about what you want to chase after first. Length? Girth? Every device requires a bit of a learning curve. Don't give up on it. If you don't want to learn to use a lengthening device like the Length Master, then get some traction tape, like ACE or flexible tape, wrap, and pull your penis like a nice thick taffy. Once you get the feeling of being pulled using hands, and your hand can't offer the amount of pulling tension that you need, switch to the Length Master or similar device. So far, either a manual device with a heavy traction force with variable exercises using the Length Master, using static traction force using an extender, or something that you can use on the go like an all day stretcher (ADS). Let us know what your interest is.

This really hurts and all I seem to be doing is stretch the skin. I cannot feel a stretch in my ligaments or my inner penis

I’ve seen a picture in which it is explained to fully pull the foreskin back and wrap tightly, also over the glands. When I clamp down it is still quite painful and I have to stop not because of the stretch but because of the pain at the tip of my penis

So I’ve played around with different wrapping and clamping techniques and it’s actually the frenulum that gets pulled and hurts. How do I prevent this?

Let's address this one first. Since you do have a frenulum, Wrap lighter around the frenulum, but create a larger bulk around it to provide cushion and friction wrapping. In other words, you're protecting the frenulum.

So I’ve played around with different wrapping and clamping techniques and it’s actually the frenulum that gets pulled and hurts. How do I prevent this?

When you create a larger but looser bulk wrapping around the frenulum, you create a "terminal friction end" where the wrap can depend on to stop the foreskin from pulling towards your glans.

When you wrap, wrap around the frenulum first. From there, work backwards towards the base of the penis. When you wrap slightly tight around the base of the penile shaft towards the base of the penis, DO NOT wrap it while your penis is slightly erect. Have it as flaccid as possible. Any erection during the wrap will cause the blood to push towards the glans, causing the frenulum to be extended and trapped in a stretched state. That causes the frenulum to hurt.
 
I’m getting rather frustrated. I just cannot achieve a wrap that prevents the punching pain. At that stage I achieve a stronger pull with my bare hands without any pain.

I know it’s a learning curve but regardless what I do my for skin gets pulled forward or my glans slides into the wrap and this causes pain. I wrapped losest, tightly , created a bulk around the frenulum, wrapped without tera band, with, without additional tape and with, always the sane result. Pinching.

Even when I grab my penis with my hands like the length master would, I feel pinching. The only way I feel cero pinching is making and ok-sign just below the glans and then squeeze my glans with my whole hand. This gives me the best pull.
I once clamped onto the glans and that gave me better results but I was told not to do that and clamp below it

Like I said, I’m at a loss….🤷‍♂️

We were all there. Most of the time, we can pull by hand a lot stronger straight up. After 10 to 20 minutes, our arms feel like spaghetti noodles.

Wrap the TheraBand or similar wrap around the base of the glans. Pull on that with your hands. See if the materials slides without causing pinching/kinking. That's how we'll start. We'll guide you one step at a time.

Once the first layer is successfully wrapped and pulled by your hands without slippage, we'll move forward with the second layer. Pay attention on how it's wrapped, how thick of a layer it's used, how much moisture is built up between the penile skin and the wrap, how tight the wrap is, how much swollen the glans needs to be to keep the wrapping in place, and how much force you need to hold onto the penile shaft for a good pull. Pay attention closely.
 
My wrapping is getting better. I pulled the foreskin back, folded the Theraband in half and wrapped it really tightly. Then I squeezed the blood out of the glans and wrapped more black wrap relatively tightly covering half of my glans and quite fare back towards the penis base. There was still a slight discomfort but not strong and I could do my first proper LM stretch session. I’ll post pictures later
 
Great job. As you continue to test your wrapping method based on what you know, it will get better. You'll find techniques that will deviate from SIM and myself. SIM is uncut without frenulum being cut. I'm uncut but my frenulum is cut. There's a lot of combo to find for comforts based on where you are and what you have.
 
That’s how I do it. Still need to push more blood out of the glans just before clamping. When I loosened the clamp the theraband wasn’t creased at all 👍🏻

Great job in getting action photos. It's a pain in the butt taking good photos while you're taking care of things.

Just a suggestion. If you want to protect your glans from accidental irritation caused by the two black straps used for hanging, you can use a 5in flexible tape to cover the glans before the final two wrapping loops. Great job figuring out the TheraBand wrapping method I used on myself. If you want to experiment with the triple-folding method to increase the comfort even more, give it a try. Same approach, higher cushion, but smaller width. It's to create a bulkier layer for those who have a smaller flaccid penis. I started when mine was pretty small, even below the erected girth average.
 
Another suggestion, I see you're mounting the plates pretty hard, based on the bowing and the side gaps of the plates. Some simple mods to look into to prevent the sudden *SNAP* of the upper plate.

 
You look like your setup is very well. Seeing each of those pictures shows me you know what you're doing. And remember, there is so many things you can do with a length master.It's incredible
 
I’ve tried some expressive stretching today but it feels like I’m only stretching the skin when I stretch downwards. If I roll the LM upwards towards my belly I feel some stretching in my inner penis but I’m not sure I’m I’m doing this correctly 🤔

Based on the pulling down photo, yes, you are only pulling skin. When you have that much skin pulling off the pelvic area, the foreskin is slipping with the wrap, causing the downward expressive pull to stress your skin and not your penile shaft. This is where the revisit on the wrapping, specifically to you, is needed. The skin should not create that delta shape appearance when you pull downwards.

When using the same wrap, you're pulling upwards or curling upwards. You're stressing the lower skin and not the upper skin. Since the scrotal sac and the areas around the scrotal sac have a much greater yield, you can pull or curl upwards without that tension on the skin. This is why your workout is more noticeable for the inner penile segment.

What is the point here? Wrapping method. Wrap starting at the base of the glans. Wrap downwards to the base of the penis. As you wrap, pull the foreskin downwards as much as you can. Try to find an appropriate level of wrapping tightness to prevent a lack of blood flow going through the penile shaft. It's a learning experience, especially for the wrapping. The wrapping is the majority of success or fail when using any PE device, be the LM3, the extender, stretcher, or even hand-only manual routines (weird to even use the wrap, right?) or post routine (essential). It's all about the wrapping techniques. Any major sliding of the foreskin under the wrap is the killer for the LM3.

There are two unique methods I taught the brothers in the past. Use whichever material you feel most comfortable in using. I like to use a combo of TheraBand-like material (rubber) and flexible tape. Sometimes I go crazy with kinesiology tape if I'm not planning to leave it on for 40 minutes.

The wrapping of the rings method:
  • Start with the first 0.5in to 1in width for the first ring below the glans. If your glans is smaller than your penile shaft, use the smaller width, as small as 0.25in. This is your terminal ring. Without it pushing against your glans, the foreskin will slide.
  • Start with the next ring, which can be 1in to 1.5in. Make sure to pull the foreskin down while wrapping.
  • Every following ring can be 1.5in to 2in. Keep pulling the foreskin downwards to the base of the penis as you wrap.
  • Last layer is the largest width, between 2 and 3in. Wrap at the base of the glans towards the base of the penis. This is to create a final bulk and to prevent the rings from unraveling during the pulls.
  • Strap the plates on.
The spiral method.
  • Start with the first 0.5in to 1in width for the first ring below the glans. If your glans is smaller than your penile shaft, use the smaller width, as small as 0.25in. This is your terminal ring. Without it pushing against your glans, the foreskin will slide.
  • Use a very long piece of wrap, fold in twice or thrice to the width of 0.75in to 1in. Wrap two to three loops at the base of the glans over the first ring, and slowly spiral wrap downwards towards the base of the penis. Make sure to overlap each loop at least half the width over the previous loop.
  • Last layer is the largest width, between 2 and 3in. Wrap at the base of the glans towards the base of the penis. This is to create a final bulk and to prevent the rings from unraveling during the pulls.
  • Strap the plates on.
Just something to experiment with.
