Problems Getting Enough Tension on My Extender

Hi,

After a long break, I recently started using my JES extender again. However, I’m experiencing a problem that I also had the last time I used it, which was quite frustrating. I’m hoping someone here might be able to help.

On the extender, there is a standard extension arm, and on top of that I’ve added 2.5 cm. That setup works quite well. I can use it for about an hour, and then I take a break to avoid getting marks on my penis, because that happened the last time I used it.

The problem is that there isn’t enough tension. After about 20–30 minutes, the tension drops and it’s basically back to minimal stretch.

So I thought, great — I’ll move on and add another 1.25 cm. But that doesn’t work at all, and this is where I need some help.

I’ve bought a latex sleeve that I can put around the penis, and I also have the foam pad and some gauze wrap (although I haven’t tried the gauze yet).

My problem is that the glans doesn’t stay at the top where it should. Instead, it slides back because my penis in the flaccid state isn’t long enough. I can mount it properly at first, but after a short time it starts to slip back.

Today after a one-hour session, my glans was swollen and had small blister-like bumps around it. This is actually the same issue that made me stop using the extender last time.

What would you recommend that I do?

If I remove the extra 1.25 cm, there isn’t enough stretch, so it feels like I’m just wasting my time. But if I add it, I can’t get the extender to keep my penis properly in place.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to MOS brother. When you wear the extender, you are expected to increase the tension by adjusting the screws by the base side of the extender. This will increase the tension. Have you been doing that?

Honestly, I suggest you buy a length master instead. In the past, this same extender you have, frustrated my life. I bought it more than once and eventually threw it in the waste bin.

Answer the above question so we can fix the problem together.

Welcome to the community, brother.

It sounds like you are wearing the extender with trapped blood volume and continued to pressurized the glans with light or moderate kegels to keep the wrap in place.

Once your blister heals, what you can consider in testing is the wrapping method to create a friction point. During the wrapping, makes sure to squeeze as much blood out of the glans as possible during the wrapping. The wrapping should be just below the glans, wrap while the glans and the bottom part of the glans are fully deflated. This will prevent the slippage.

Another consideration is the latex material. I use TheraBand, which is the natural rubber latex material. TheraBand yellow is a flexible material that allows easy wrapping and fast adhension using either bodily fluid (moisture) or warm water. Wrap the first layer to have a good adhesion to the skin, before adding another bulkier layer for more comforts, such as flexible tape. Some goes straight to the ACE tape with adhesive. That can be quite brutal after a few days of continuous wrap on and removal, where sensitive thin layers of your skin are being peeled off every time the adhesive is pulled off.
