7 days - package still not delivered to USPS

Hi guys
Made an order a week ago.
Label created but package still hasnt handed to USPS.
Can you ship it ASAP please?
I sent mail to sales but no response.

If they can't deliver that's fine.
I just need a refund so I can get it somewhere else.

Now it's finally looks like they shipped it On Feb 14. 10 days delay. at least it's on the way now. Thanks.
