Internal stretch's

Hello, I can't seem to find anything on which stretch's I do to pull out internal length which I assume is done before hanging, could anybody pls assist with a link to a thread article etc.. Thankyou.

All PE exercises will pull out internal penis. You can add erest stretching to your routine. Simply get erect and grab the erect penis at the extreme base and pull. You can pull to any direction you like and hold the stretch until the erection goes down. Pull to left and right sides.

Do it for 10 minutes daily.

Expressive Stretching is maybe time you're stretching an inch or less would be expressive stretching.
