PE journal

Hey guys, starting a new journal here.

I ordered a copy of the DLD DVD program a LONG time ago, and just dug it up. I've known about PE for a long time but never have been consistent with it.

There are 5 phases in the DVD program. Im going to work through all 5 phases, one month on each. Any recommendations or suggestions? I have time to put in the work.

Im just under 6 inches when im hard and can get to 6 when fully 100% erect

Welcome back, brother. If you happen to get some damage from the DVD itself, all the videos are free here under the Media section.

The DVD may contain 80% of the original programs, but as the scientific data collected since then, slight tweaks were made to the program to customize the program on the DVD. The DVD has the main structure of the PE program. As you progress on the program, we'll add in slight modification according to your needs. Coach @huge-girth is also here to offer his service to you. We'll just provide the fundamental info to use to get you on your way.

Go through the DVD and the videos first. Take just a bit of time to understand the SRT and the 5x5x3 programs. Both words are now clickable. Read and digest. Write our your routine and exercises selected for your needs based on your preference, using manual with or without mechanical assistance. From there, we'll guide you accordingly.

Thanks for the response!

Im starting with the level 1 of the dvd program but increasing the reps.

Warm up
1000 basic jelqs and 1000 quick pc muscle contractions
Stretches 2x30s each (up, down, left, right, straight, crank clockwise and counterclockwise).

Is it worth spending a little time each day with a pump on top of this just to get used to short pumping sessions?

This is a great start as a newbie approach. One thing is missing. The bundled/bundling/twisting of the penis while stretching. The rotation/twisting of the penis just by a minimum of 180 degrees will do the work more effectively without too much of a pull force. If you can go up to 360 degrees twisting/rotation of the penis, even better. If you can go up to 720 degrees, excellent. Make sure if you're twisting/rotating one direction while doing the exercises for 30 seconds, rotate the other direction and do the same exercises for the 30 seconds.

If this is vague or confusing, let us know. We'll explain a bit better.

Yes. Do a 10-minute pumping exercise, breaking down a 2 minutes per pump set. Start low at -4.5inHg, just barely above the normal internal pressure. Up it by -0.5inHg by reaching -5inHg, stay for 30 seconds, and reduce back to -4.5inHg, and rise back up to -4.5inHg. Up and down on the pressure every 30 seconds. Stay low. Don't go higher until you proceed to level 2 of the DVD's exercises.

Man, that was the good old days doing the DVD's approach. The basic structure for starting up the PE remains solid even now.

Update on progress, I've been sticking with the workout, basically on Sundays I'll take the day off for recovery but I'll do PE the other 6 days of the week.

The pump I ordered is a very basic one from Adam and eve, it doesn't have a pressure gauge so I'm just kind of keeping it on a lower to medium amount of pressure and not doing too much.

I've noticed after a few days of using it that my erections feel more full, it doesn't seem like it's really specifically helping me with length that I can tell, but it definitely feels more "full" when I do the pumping, and then the next day when I do my workout, I feel like the erection definitely has a feeling of being more "full"

So anyway, gradual progress, nothing else major to report. Are there any pumps that you guys recommend that do have a pressure gauge? I got this one from Adam and eve, it seems like a pretty cheap one but at least it's just something to get me started

Do make sure to keep it low. Don't go crazy. To know when it's low or moderate, which is between -4inHg to around -5.5inHg, you can tell when your penis is fully erected, the common internal pressure of +4 to +4.5inHg. Pump slightly more as you can feel the internal pressure goes past our erection pressure. While pumping, keep your penis erected to the best that you can. That's the pressure zone in the moderate state.

Again, pumping is about girth expansion, not length. To have length, you have to get a pump that makes your penis feels tighter in the cylinder, forcing the penis to be elongated under pressure, not expanded. That's the trick for length vs girth when using any pump. This is why pumps have so many cylinders.

I say buy one for length and one for girth. This way, you have the best of all worlds

Aah ok that makes sense. I think the one I have will be sufficient for girth. Any recommended pumps for length?

This weekend I will go through all of the material on the forums in more detail so I'm sure that's probably covered somewhere.

But I want to say thanks to all of you for the replies, it's great to have a forum where people are actively helping each other, they're not too many avenues like that. So thanks for all of the feedback so far

If you're on a budget, a good cylinder that is internally 0.5cm larger in circumference than erected girth size is needed. Make sure at the very least the pump has a gauge. Even a cheap pump has it. The cylinder should be at least 5cm (or 2in) taller than your total erected length.

This weekend I will go through all of the material on the forums in more detail so I'm sure that's probably covered somewhere.

If you can find the info, we'll gladly provide the info for you. It doesn't take long to have voice-to-text responses.

We are here for each other.

With the MityVac you have many different cylinders, you can choose from. It gives you specific directions on sizes and how to measure. This is the best pump you can possibly purchase
