It appears as blistered fascias, of top part of the soft glans skin.

When you perform the 5x5x3, what did you use as a pump? And how high of a pressure you use the pump with?

Normally, the skin can regain softer plasticity on the blistering skin using liquid vitamin E, or combine half and half with good aloe vera and liquid vitamin E as natural approach. You can use skin softening cream or lotion to do the same using vitamins E, C, and aloe/carrier oils like argon, jojoba, and castor.

No its not a bubble .a hard tissue. It swells when I touch it.like hard vein.This is thrombosis??i am worried .
I usually pump in 7hg-10 hg.

Hard tissues and swelling in and on the glans is not thrombosis. Thrombosis is along her veins up and down the penile shaft. Hardening on the glans is scarring or dead tissues, binding to young tissues below. Fluid pocket may still be below the dead or toughen tissues, and younger tissues lay below the fluid pocket. The pocket appears flat, but the fluid is below the first two layers of the upper fascias, or skin layers.

-7inHg to -10inHg may be way too high at your stage. Most pumpers don't go up to this range until around a year later.

I've had this before and what I did was use hot compresses, not to squeeze out any material but to keep the area tender enough for I need to break on its own. If you pop it, you're gonna end up with a good scar.You'll never get rid of
