RESTRICTED PENIS (LENGTH)GROWTH ?

What are your opinions, advice, comments on PENIS GROWTH RESTRICTION due to a penis tight FRENULUM and/or short penis (shaft) skin may not be long enough to allow penis to grow and may possibly & maybe restricting length growth, again, especially the length ??

Frenulum is not the restriction factor, but a comfort factor that can reduce the overall routine regimen. The factor to the restriction of growth is the tight, or thick, tissue composition for the tunica and septum, along with the regrowth rates of nerves and blood vessels regrowth rates.

When I am erect it appears to be stretching very tightly and seems if the frenulum wasn't there and/or as tight, I would be a little longer - every little bit helps
