Hey i’m kinda new to PE but I was wondering if masturbating would encouraged or discouraged, like if it would hinder my progress or not
 
It won't hinder your progress but it does makes you feel unwilling to train. Try to have a minimum of 6 hours space after masturbating before doing PE, especially girth work.
It also desensitizes your sexual needs, which in turn. You will try to do things with your wife that you saw in a adult entertainment, and that simply does not work.

Amen to that. We tend to expect things beyond the capacity of the partner's willingness to do or to accept. Adult entertainment is just that, entertainment. It's not reality although it based on reality, with smoke and mirrors to make it into a fantasy-like beliefs.

Only reason I personally do and rarely as well is, when i go on a long edging session prior to PE to exhaust the little guy before a light training session, or after PE to stretch everything beofre wearing the sili stretcher.
To note that im only referring here to lengthwork, when I occasionally do girth work i refain fully from masturbating.

Exactly and that's one of the reasons I do not watch adult entertainment. With adult entertainment, I would start out with the most innocent stuff. But as time turned, it became more and more intense and I needed more and more stimulation. So I moved onto more hardcore stuff until there was nothing hardcore left. This put me in a completely psychotic state of mind. And all the things I watched, I expected my wife to do, which was one of the reasons our relationship failed.

I’ve noticed that when I cut back a little, my sensitivity goes way up, and my sessions feel better overall. I also found some interesting perspectives and techniques on sex việt that helped me switch things up, especially with edging and breathing. Kept it fresh, and I feel like my stamina improved too without even trying that hard.

I’ve noticed when I cut back for a few days, I feel more energy and get better EQ during workouts. Everyone’s different though, I think balance is key.
I feel the same way. Once I stopped doing, it is when I started to feel more energy.Once I stopped doing, it is when I started to feel more energy, more discipline. I've been up to it for maybe a year and a 1. But I tell you, I do feel great today. I have no worries, and I can focus on things much better. I hope you go through the same thing.
