Glans issues with hanging no matter what I try

Hello all!

I've been hanging for about 3 months. Now that I'm up to around 5lbs I'm finding that no matter what I try to do to protect the glans I'm always getting at least 1 petechiae. I've tried the foam tape and coban as well as a silicon cap. Do you have any suggestions that may help? I'm using the SiliStretcher2 and I make sure that the knob only gets 1 turn and I also only hang 15 minutes at a time. Do you have any suggestions that may help?

Have you tried to wrap with theraban and Ace? That may work better for you. There are many videos in the video section to help you learn what this is. But you should try it first. Also, after every set to make sure things are nice and tight rewrap before you start another set

Better yet, back down to 4.75lbs if you can. If not, 4.5lbs to see if it still causes issues. Then slowly increase by 0.1lb every week or other week. I know it's backwards, but your skin layers are not fully conditioned yet. This is the reason for the issue.

Thanks for the tips. I'll try these suggestions. I've tried to increase slowly but I'll back down further and try the different wrapping.

Vaccum hanging / extending sucks. Occational Blisters are unavoided from my expirience. Good taping with 3m micropore and self adhesive can reduce the risk but not avoid it.
I back to LM which is like compression hanging.

I'm so sorry you're having a problem with blisters.And I hope you can solve it because I know how big of a pain in the ass they are.

Compression, hanging is so much better than traditional hanging. The broad footprint of the LengthMaster makes it so much more comfortable, but then anything else out there.

Plus it's the greatest tool to use for gaining length the LengthMaster then do so much from hanging bundled, stretching to roll stretching. And don't forget, it's also a powerassist. You truly get the most bang for your buck using this tool
