I'm relatively new, so nope I haven't at least not for PE. What is your experience thus far? I do think your "l-arginine" supp is somewhat redundant, because the l-citrulline does the same thing (nitric oxide) more efficiently, unless maybe your kidneys are compromised.

Well they've helped with erections being stronger and harder and the L-Arginine turns into L-Citruline anyway, I feel a little extra L-Arginine helps out. What do you mean about kidneys being compromised?? Also, the reccommended dose of the L-Citruline is 1000mg - 5,000mg

Nice glad it's helped with EQ. I just meant citruline is converted into arginine in the kidneys, which is an issue for some people with kidney problems, then arginine is a better bet. Otherwise, I think just taking more citruline is more efficient than taking both.

It goes like this Argenine --broken down--> Citruline + NO (vasodilator), Citruline -- kidneys --> Argenine, cycle repeat

Make sure to remove as much or all of erythritol and low caloric sweeteners out of your diet as well during PE. Natural and synthetic don't work well together, and high synthetic loads destroy nitric oxide.

Just my two cents here:
Taking L Arginine is garbage and waste of money. Go directly to the L-Citruline. 3,000 mg daily. L-Arginine has a horrible time with the conversion work to increase Nitric Oxide. If you can find a supplement that combines L-Citruline, Grapeseed extract and Quercetin you’ll be ahead of the game. Mate that with a daily 2.5 to 5mg Cialis dose, you’ll be golden! Daily Cialis is king of the hill when it comes to keeping NO levels maxxed out! Not too mention the other perks!!! 😎. This is just my opinion and not advice. But it’s a winning combo. Stay hydrated. A pinch of Baja Gold Mediterranean Sea salt with your filtered water and it will help drive that H2O into your cells better. DO NOT forget to Warm up and Warm down. Ever.
