Ordered a new MityVac tube 2.125x9.25 on the 27th of June.

As the title says I ordered that tube but managed to delete the confirmation mail for the purchase. As said it was ordered on the 27th of June and I have gotten absolutely zero mails about it being shipped. So whats happening?
Expected some faster handling of the order, especially considering I bought a 2.25x9.25 tube and a 2.5x9.25 inch tube as well in May and that order also took weeks before it was shipped.
As said I have managed to delete the confirmation email but I have receipts from both my own bank statement that the payment went through and from PayPal which I used to complete the purchase.
I just really want my new tube that I have paid for, being the third one I ordered in about a months time I would expect some better customer service/feedback.
Need it now, as my 2 inch tube is so packed it almost hurts. Tried with the 2.25 inch tube but for now it is just to wide for me hence me ordering the 2.125x9.25 tube for a better fit.
Honestly straight up dissappointed and a bit riled up regarding the lousy customer service and no info when my order will be shipped.
Can someone please help me figure it out? I have tried contacting them in the MoS shop but they take ages to answer if they ever do.
Even sent a mail who was referenced as the seller for PPC in my PayPal receipt, but nothing.
And yes, I am getting very unpatient as my third tube should have been here by now. And to make matters worse regarding my order of 2 tubes in May which I paid for the most expensive shipment method in hopes of it coming as quick as possible but no, after a couple of weeks I had to contact MoS shop since I heard absolutely nothing from them then either.

No worries. DLD is practically an arm reach from the warehouse shipper. Wouldn't be surprised if they got swarmed with orders. I'll let them know. Do you have you a specific email you used for the purchase? I'll let the processor know based on the date and email. It will be easy to obtain.

Thank you guys for helping me out, especially @oldandlively who provided detailed tracking info for me, since I had received absolutely nothing, and believe me I was checking my email all the time. Would have known nothing without the tracking number. So thanks again.

It turned out it was delivered to my post office on the 18th of July but I received absolutely zero notification about that either, weird stuff, but not angry about it since I just picked up my new tube and will use it now when doing my routine in about 10 minutes time.

Finally back at it again full throttle only this time I have built my routine on past experiences on what worked for me, doing a 1 hour routine with 30 mins of stretching and 3x7 min of pumping never exceeding 12hg in the pump, which is where the growth zone lies according to science and research I have read/heard about. Also not going above that minimizes risk of injury and fluid build up, while at the same time providing enough stimulus for growth. I aim to do this routine every single day. A day off here and then will/might happen.

Also implemented an excellent tool for passive all day stretching which I have used in the past as well, a product that I can wear even while working out hard and and even when going swimming, without it being in the way, limiting your movements nor falling off, or showing through your swim wear as with it on, and covered by some fabric, it just looks like you got an insanely long and fat dick. Total bulge enhancer as well.
Wish I could mention the name of it here, but I cant. Also added a second tool to have on top of the all-day passive stretcher that adds some good weight on it, for even more of a stretch, which also can be worn while working out, maybe not while swimming as your bulge will look obscene with both on. Lets just say it`is very "stealth". And these tools comes for every size of penis there is, all you need to do is measure your stretched flaccid length and girth right behind your glands while also holding it stretched out at the same time. And both cost me a measly 120$, which I consider measly when thinking about some of the other over-priced products I have bought, like extenders.

Thank you for your kind response @DLD, glad I could trust my brothers when the mail delivering system somehow totally failed in notifying me about anything at all.

Will start a new progress log now as well, as I have finally come up with a routine I will have zero problems actually sticking to for a year to start off with.
And the new tube was just PERFECT and gave me some room to expand even more and when the new 2.125 inch one feels as tight and uncomfortable as the old 2 inch tube does I still have a 2.25 inch one and then a after that a final 2.5 inch tube. All 9.25 inch long as I would want no further length than that as my length goal is reached when I completely pack my tubes length wise.
Pumping I will do for the rest of my life but my goal now, in 1 year, is 3 cm in length and 2,5 cm in girth. Which will put me at 22cm NBPEL and 16 cm girth which is my final goal. I CAN and WILL most certainly reach this goal.
