Hi,

I couldn't find much on the forums, but I really wanna know what they do exactly. I think I had one an hour ago. Should I stop immediately with Penis Enlargement for a few days? It spooked me, to be honest.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

A lig pop is air being released from the public bone where the ligaments attach. When you pull on the penis, the trapped air is released and you will hear an auditory "pop". This is the same thing that occurs when you crack your knuckles.

This is one thing I've never experienced all through the months I did length exercises. I guess it doesn't happen to all of us. Only a few people experience lig pop.

I experience this once in a while. It happens quite commonly during an increase of intensity during dynamic stretches that exceeds the previous traction force by 4lbs, or around 1.8kg. It may sound like something drastic happened, but it's a natural phenomenon as DLD said. It doesn't pop all the time. Just once in a long while.

When you hear the pop it is just like cracking you knuckles. It is simply air being pulled from pubic bone. Some get it others don't. Nothing to worry about
