Adapter to noose extender as vaccum cap

Hello,
Is there a way to acheive modifier to a strap based extender such that instead the strap i can use a vaccum cap?

I read that in the past there was auto extender company with a modifier that just works on any extender and switch it to vaccum based (without need of sleeves).

I actually tried to order their kit recently but besides their website looks bad like it wasn't maintained for a long time. I found not nice expirience (seller not responding or barely responding), now my package lost in the transmit and no response from the seller what so ever..

So my question is anyone knows good product that equivalent to what this autoextender was suppose to be? (Comfotrable way to put extender without the pain and cut in blood flow because of the straps and so on)?

I don't want products that are based on sleeves as i have very bad expirience with it. And i also do not believe so much in strech that is not at constant length.

The problem is the sleeve type. What kind of sleeve type? If you are using a sleeve type like the Penis Stealth neoprene sleeve, it does provide a 900g to 1100g traction, if and only if there is a stiff side wall reinforcement. If it doesn't, then the sleeve will not help. Unfortunately, the sleeves have to be purchased constantly as your penis lengthens. You may need up to 4 sleeves.

Vacuum cap extender either with base and tension springs or using elastic bands are better over the neoprene sleeve types. This way, you can add more tension any time you need and they allow you to grow however long you want. The only problem is the sleeves you are concerning about. The sleeves are requires to create vacuum between the penis and the cap.

Extender that uses the nooses and straps are the same as the one that uses the sleeves. Sleeves needs your glans and the vacuum cup to hold onto the penis for extending. The only difference between vacuum cup and strap/noose is the amount of pressure you can put on the glans over a certain amount of time. I long retired my strap and noose type of extender because of the amount of pressure it places on my glans and shaft because of the intense strapping pressure. However, I work with the brothers and found other ways to use the straps more effectively, and not touching the nooses. But it does involve a bit on the THERABAND and a cut out of a sleeve for comforts.

So, there is no way to get out of the sleeves. It's how you use the sleeves to your advantage.

To be honest i not really understand deeply everything you said. But as for sleeves for the silistrecher i tried all sleeve types from MoS Shop (spend over 200$) and didn't find one that works for me. Also the vaccum on my glans didn't do go with it at all. I was hurting and very sensitive all the time. Finally i gave up on it.
I also could find research done only on traction devices but not on vaccum ADS.

For now im using simple extender. No sleeves. Im now at 22cm of traction with springs that i assume around 4k-5k grams. (While my BPEL around 19cm). For 4-6 hours a dayx5 days a week.

Since all my silicone straps were ripped with time and currently there no shipments, i came with some weird solution of straping with some rope after wrapping my penis with cut thick socks 🤣

It's definately not fun nor convinient. But since i work from home sitted it's bareble.

So i just looked for ways to acheive better comfort with it i guess.

Don't give up on the unit just yet. It takes a bit of a learning curve to understand how to use it. Don't waste money on getting something and not use it. I know I have a BathMate that is collecting dust in the closet, but I do use it when I need to travel. Which vacuum cup system are you using? SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger? PhalloSan Forte+? All these system have a vacuum cup type, and they all have traction base like the one in the photo. Give us some clues and we'll help.

I see what you're doing with the noose. But, my suggestion is not to use the noose at all. Stay away from it. You can use the strap, or something like a velcro line with a wider hold across the penis. It's not good to have a concentrated hold over the penis in one area like a rope. That causes a pinch or high pressure zone on the nerve and the blood vessels. This can be bad, even if you have a massive amount of padding. A pinch or a pressure zone for that long of a period can cause a "compression" on the nerve and the blood vessels to get damaged. For the nerve, it can cause nerve signal to misfire and send the signals all over the place. For the blood vessels, you cause the blood vessels to pinch into a flat and smaller flow area. This causes thrombosis, swelling, or just blood vessel death.

If MoS Shop can't get to your region fast enough due to restrictions or just plain time lag, you can get something similar via AliExpress, Temu, or even Amazon. Shipping through these larger flagship businesses can work for you. But don't give up on the ADS/vacuum cup just yet. It just need a bit of time to get to know it and learn how to use it.

We can come up with comfort methods. You found one that uses about 2cm right at the base of the glans. This is a very common method to hold the penis in a traction device using a noose or a strap. We can come up with better methods that is less bulky.

The noose is a rope or a plastic tube to hold the extender's support pieces in place. Your picture is a noose type. Here's another brother's noose type:

The ADS package doesn't have a traction base. The traction base can be purchased separately anywhere and modified for the SiliStretcher. The reason why the SiliStretcher doesn't come with the base is because of the larger bell sizes. The 1.25in vacuum cup/bell can fit nicely into any traction base devices. The moment you use the 1.5in, it gets a bit tighter. 2in and 2.25in will not fit. But, you can use the traction base you have now with the SiliStretcher with ease. I use my old JES extender base with my SiliStretcher at times while I read a book or doing strange things with the missus. If you need help with this, let me know. Take a photo of all the parts you have for the traction device and we'll come up with a design together. This includes the SiliStretcher you're using. Remember, the vacuum cup helps to determine the design.

Oh i got it.

So the difference between noose and strap is not the whole traction device. Just the part that hold the penis from slipping. So i should replace the rope with wider band or something. Just need to understand how since it has small holes to inset silicone tubes.. i will need to be creative.

For the SS i have the standard sold in MOS. Nothing special.

Got it. It's pretty much a generic traction device base. The vacuum cup at 1.25in diameter will fit perfectly on the penis glans noose base. The trick is to be creative, as you put it, to have the SiliStretcher sits on the blue glans's base and hold in place. I'm thinking of velcro straps to hold everything in place. Cheap, easy, and strong. For the 1.5in vacuum cup, it may fit well. For the 2in and 2.5in vacuum cup, that may not. Well, for my JES unit, it didn't. Yours may be a bit larger than mine.

The 1.5 sits there perfectly at the curve like it was manufactured to be put there.
The question is would i find a way to hold it still.

So i guess i would need first to put the SS on my penis as always but while the penis is already inside the traction base. Then strech the SS up to the blue glans base and hold it so its very still and not falling back.. and yet again deal with all the sleeves stuff and issues i had before.
Sounds challenging enough.

I wonder if i should suffice with just switching from noose to strap. Only question is how can i apply strap on this extender.. need to be creative here

There are slots in the place where noose is. You need to simply replace the noose with a strip of velcro. I know there is instructions somewhere on the forum. I will see if I can find it.
