It's the whole thing, not just the segment. I probably could have took a better picture lol thats my bad. I was worried it would be thrombosis as well but I doubt it is. The longer I'm recovery and while I'm more flaccid the less the veins are visible. I am able to see them when erect though

To reduce the vein bulging, and if you don't like that veiny appearance, light wrap or use the penis sleeve as a compression to minimize any further veins expansion. That's exactly what my gf said lol I'm just waitnf for the sleeve in the mail atm(at the moment) It feels a little weird to me still that this is my dick because I was never veiny so now that i can feel veins almost feels surreal lol

If you haven't noticed, most of the females purchased dildos and vibrating toys ordered shapes with bumps and grooves for the entire length of the shaft. If you can, consider the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System over the Bathmate due to the "gauge" option. Bathmate is pricier, and you have to mod your Bathmate for the gauge. MityVac can upgrade from am 8oz water trap to a liter or larger water trap if needed. I wish it has a 16oz and 24oz as an option as well. It can be a pain to keep dumping that water out constantly. I replaced my old setup with a 1 liter, then follow by a 3 liter design. We were weird with our pumps.

I don't need a gauge to grow. But I understand why men want that data to optimize their growth.
As I understand it, it is a safety thing. But if you can feel it in your penis, you can be safe about it without a pressure gauge.

It's very difficult to wear the silirings for that amount of time, it traps blood fine but everything gets cold and numb. I have to remove it probably every 5 minutes or so to get the blood in and outta there and warm back up. I like the idea of trapping blood, but it just doesn't "feel" right.

Not sure how long you trapped the blood for, but if your penis feels cold and numb, you have it on too right and too long.

Blood cycling must continues. You are not to stop the blood from draining out. This is called restrictive binding, either with a cock ring or wrap. Constrictive binding prevents the blood from flowing back out. This is a huge chance of thrombosis and blood clotting after 10 minutes. We suggest to drain your blood completely every 5 minutes, and cycling new blood in with and erection or kegels. Never let your blood stay static inside the penis for more than 10 minutes. This is considered as a dangerous act, like clamping.

Do what you can as you can. Do not over train, take you time to get to your max
 
I focus more on the ssj than the bathmate I ssj for like 20 min
Do a 7 min Bathmate session
Do a set of 10 60 second ssj
Do a 7 min session
10 more ssj
Then add Duro ring
